Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups Crisco
  • 1 Tblsp salt
  • 1 cup water with 1 Tbls vinegar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg yolk and add to water and vinegar.

Mix into dry ingredients.

Beat egg white until frothy and mix in well.

Keep in refrigerator until ready to roll out and use.

Can be frozen
