Ingredients

  • Single recipe
  • 1 1/2 C cranberries (grind)
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 C molasses
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C hot water
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 C whole cream
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Cook over medium heat until smooth and slightly thicker

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into stainless steel bowl or pan, and set in the middle of larger pan filled with water. Cover pudding with foil

Best served warm, with warm sauce
