- 3 cups washed and dried fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tub spreadable cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Baguette, sliced 1/4 -inch thick, toasted
Place firstl three ingredients into a food processor or blender. Process until well blended.
Spread 2 teaspoons of cream cheese onto a toasted baguette slice. Top with 2 teaspoons of pesto. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon parmesan.
