Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar (767 g.)
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (340 g.)
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (115 g.)
- 2 (7 oz.) bars Hershey's milk chocolate, broken into pieces (397 g.)
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate (28 g.)
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (198 g.)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. walnuts (232 g.)
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 9 X 13 inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In large pot over high heat combine sugar, milk, & butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
Boil & stir 4 min. Transfer mixture to work bowl of large electric mixer fit with paddle. Add all chocolate. Beat till chocolate melted & mixture smooth & shiny.
Add marshmallow creme, vanilla, salt, & walnuts. Beat till incorporated.
Transfer mixture to pan. Cool till set, 4 to 6 hours. (Or refrigerate 2 hrs.) 48 pieces.
Tightly wrap each piece in waxed paper. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
