Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef chuck
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 3/4 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 6 slices cheese
- 6 hamburger buns

Step 1
preheat grill to medium direct heat. Meanwhile, crumble meat into medium bowl. Sprinkle with onion, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder and saly. Toss and shape into 6 patties 3/4 inches thick
Place burgers on grill. grill cover 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done (160 degress) Top each buger with a slice of cheese and place on bun.
