Chunky Potato Crab Chowder
By Thom809
This easy New England-style chowder lets the red-skinned potatoes shine. Cream-style corn is a surprise ingredient that adds a little sweetness and contributes to the creamy texture.
In less than 45 minutes, you can enjoy this warm and hearty New England classic. Lump crabmeat offers a generous amount of flavor but for an inexpensive option, substitute canned crab meat or even chopped cooked chicken breast.
