  • 1/2 cup (1/2 of a 250g tub) spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 can (106g) shrimp, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices
  • Wheat Thin crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese spread in a small bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in salsa until well blended. Stir in shrimp, celery and green onions until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
