Ingredients
- 5 lbs, spare ribs
- 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/2 tsp fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 tsp each fresh rosemary & oregano chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1-cup catsup
Preparation
Step 1
Season ribs with rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper & vinegar, Place on sheet pan and roast at 325 degrees for about 1-1/2 hours. Or grill until meat separates for the bone. Blend honey and catsup, Brush on ribs and return to oven or grill.
Serves 8
Other Notes: I like it to roast in the oven for 1-1/2 hours and then finished with the sauce on the grill. This is the best of both worlds.
