  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps, wiped clean
  • 2 slices low-fat swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place mushrooms in skillet top side down. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip mushrooms, and add 1 slice cheese to each. Cook for another 3 minutes.
