  • 9 large potatoes
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Bacon bits
  • Bread crumbs with cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt and beat until fluffy. Let cool slightly and place in a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bacon bits and bread crumbs. Cook at 350 for 30 – 40 minutes or until heated through.
