Chocolate Tea Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C flour PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  • 1 1/3 C sugar
  • 1/3 C. cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c butter
  • 1/3 c crushed nuts
  • 1/3 c semi or dark choc chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 apple sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all but nuts and chips on low speed for 1/2 minute, then on high for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts and chips and pour into greased, floured loaf pan.
