Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix (use Betty Crocker brand!!)
- 1/3 c. Crème de Menthe
- 1 jar fudge ice cream topping
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- more Crème de Menthe
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix according to box directions, substituting Crème de Menthe for ⅓ c. of water called for. Bake & cool. Spread fudge topping on cake. Add Crème de Menthe to Cool Whip to suit your taste & spread over cake. Cover & refrigerate. Best when served cold.
