Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/4 t. cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie crust (9")
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, & cloves in bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin & sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425º F. oven for 15 min. Reduce temp to 350º F. and bake for 45-50 min. or until knife comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hrs.
