Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 Tblsp. olive oil
- 1 pound Lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 cup brown gravy
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 pound penne pasta
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Heat a large fry pan and add oil, beef and garlic.
Saute until meat is tender and drain fat.
Add all remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese.
Simmer the mixture while the pasta cooks.
Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
Pour mixture into 13 X 9 pan and top with parmesan cheese and then mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes or bubbly hot.
