Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 ounce White wine ; semi sweet
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoon Capers
- 1 teaspoon Caper juice
- Pepper ; to taste
- 1 Garlic clove ; smashed
- 4 6 ounce Salmon steaks

This is a very forgiving recipe - if you get distracted or have too much wine - any combination of ingredients works as long and the oil equals the soy sauce.
