Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes (approximately 9 large)
- 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- 1 C low-fat sour cream
- 2 t onion salt
- 1 t salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients except butter and combine. Put into large greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 F for 30 minutes.
