Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla
- 4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 cups Pureed Strawberries

Step 1
NOTE: This recipe is for a four quart ice cream maker. Adjust recipe for different ice cream maker sizes.
Scald milk until it bubbles around edges of pan. Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt and stir until dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk, vanilla and whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Add pureed strawberries. Pour into mixer and follow mixer directions.
Suggestion: Coarsely chopped strawberries can be added during last few minutes of mixing.
