Kathy's Favorite Hearty Whole Wheat Bread
1 1/3 Cups Milk
1/3 cup honey
3 tab. Butter
2 tab. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 C. white flour
2 C. whole-wheat flour
¼ C. cornmeal
2 tab. Wheat gluten
1 package (1/4 oz) dry yeast
Put all ingredients carefully and accurately into the bread maker in the order listed. I have put the dry ingredients minus the yeast into canning jars, tightly sealed and added the milk and honey as I was making the bread.
