Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- Dash of cayenne or black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients with a whisk. Pour over chicken or shrimp. Refrigerate overnight. Grill over hot coals or broil in oven.
