Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 2/3 c buttermilk
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stiffly beat egg whites.

2. In separate bowl, beat eggs well. Beat in buttermilk and soda. Beat in flour, sugar, powder and salt. Add butter. Fold in egg whites.
