Easy Devonshire Cream

A wonderful topping for scones, or use as a dip for fruit. " try it on upside down apple-cake too!

Ingredients

• 1-1/4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon white sugar
• 1-1/4 pinches salt
• 1-1/4 cups heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, sugar and salt. Beat in cream until stiff peaks form. Chill until serving.
