Ginger Beef

Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 T. sesame seed oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz package broccoli slaw
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 1 T. kuzu root (or cornstarch) mixed in 1/4 cup cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in crock pot except the broccoli slaw, sesame seeds and kuzu root. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add the broccoli slaw in the last hour. If the sauce needs thickened, add the kuzu root and stir. Cook about 15 minutes more to allow the sauce to thicken. Add sesame seeds just before serving.
