Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb firm Greek feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together the first seven ingredients in a medium-sized ovenproof container with a lid. Add the feta cheese and marinate in the refrigerator to infuse the favors for at least 24 hours and up to a week.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Transfer container to the oven and bake the cheese for 20 minutes until soft to the touch. Serve immediately.
