Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 2-3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 Can Corn (drained)
- 1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Small Can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies
- 6 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- Low fat sour cream
- Cilantro
- A few tortilla chips crunched up
- Low fat shredded cheese
