Watergate Cake

Ingredients

• cake:
• 1 white cake mix
• 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 c. oil
• 1 c. club soda
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• frosting:
• 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• large cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake ingredients. Bake in greased 9X13 pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool

For frosting; mix pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Fold in large cool whip. Frost cooled cake.
