Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef round steak
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 4 tomatoes, cut into eights
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into approximately 1 inch strips. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Combine oil, soy sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Add tomatoes and green peppers; cook on low for 1 hour longer. Serve over noodles or rice.
