  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced rosemary
  • 2 tbsp fleur de sel
  • 2 tbsp cracked black peppercorns

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. The marinade can be refrigerated for 5 days.
