Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. spareribs
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 T. vinegar
- 1 T. lemon
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 c. catsup (204 g.)
- 3/4 c. water (170 g.)
- 1/3 c. brown sugar (87 g.)
- Season salt, garlic powder
- 2 squirts mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Boil ribs for 1 hour.
Cut ribs apart; roll in flour, salt & pepper. Cover ribs with onions. Mix remaining ingredients together & pour over ribs. Bake in a covered roaster for 1 ½ hours at 350°.
