BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs. spareribs
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1 T. lemon
  • 2 T. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 c. catsup (204 g.)
  • 3/4 c. water (170 g.)
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar (87 g.)
  • Season salt, garlic powder
  • 2 squirts mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Boil ribs for 1 hour.
Cut ribs apart; roll in flour, salt & pepper. Cover ribs with onions. Mix remaining ingredients together & pour over ribs. Bake in a covered roaster for 1 ½ hours at 350°.
