Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb beef sirloin
- 1 1/2 cup of fresh mushroom, chopped
- 1 cup of fresh tomatoes pureed in food processor
- salt to taste
- freshley ground pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup red cooking wine

Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into cubes. In a large skillet over med/high heat, heat the olive oil and brown beef cubes with the garlic.
Add mushrooms, pureed tomato, salt, pepper and red cooking wine.
Cook for 30 min or until beef cubes are tender. Add a little more cooking wine while cooking if desired.
