Ingredients
- 3/4 c velveeta (12oz)
- 1 c Colby jack cheese
- 1 can whole kernal corn drained
- 1/2 c green onion, tops only
- 2 T pickled jalapeno peppers
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 t chili powder
- Juice of half lime
- 1/4 c sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt velveeta, add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook for 3-4 min until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
