Southwestern corn dip

Ingredients

• 3/4 c velveeta (12oz)
• 1 c Colby jack cheese
• 1 can whole kernal corn drained
• 1/2 c green onion, tops only
• 2 T pickled jalapeno peppers
• 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 t chili powder
• Juice of half lime
• 1/4 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt velveeta, add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook for 3-4 min until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
