Ingredients

  • 15 cobs of Sweet Corn
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pint Half & Half

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off kernels from the cobs and put into 9x13 cake pan. Cut enough to fill the pan 1/2 full.

Mix together melted butter, sugar, salt and Half & Half. Pour over the kernels.

Bake at 325 deg for 1 hour. Cool and put into containers for freezing.
