Cream Dill Sauce

"This is a tangy sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, dill weed and lemon juice. Serve over potatoes, or as a dip for vegetables."

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
• 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• -----
• 2 tablespoons chive - sub for green onion

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, dill and lemon juice. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour.
