Ingredients

  • 1 C boiling water
  • 1 box (4-serving size) orange gelatin
  • 1 can (46oz) chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 Qt chilled apple cider
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1 bottle chilled ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1

In a 3qt heatproof pitcher or bowl, pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice, cider and lemon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
