From the Maritimes and a garden filled with fresh vegetables. This is a fresh vegetable recipe. Great for a barbeque with all in one pot.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes with skin, quartered
- 1 cup sliced onion (optional)
- salted water
- 1 cup carrots, cut bite size
- 1 cup green string beans, cut up
- 1 cup yellow string beans, cut up
- 1 cup pease
- 2-4 tbsp butter/margarine softened
- 1/4 cup cream
- salt, sprinkle
- pepper, sprinkle
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and onion in salted water until half cooked, about 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables. Cook until tender. drain.
Add butter, cream, salt and pepper. Toss to mix
