Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Plus
- 1 Cup Raw oats
- 3 Egg whites
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Packets Sweetener
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour batter into a hot non-stick skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
