Ingredients
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 10 oz. can of condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups frozen potato tots (gems/puffs)
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium. Add ground beef. Scramble-fry for about 10 minutes until no longer pink. Remove from heat. Drain.
Add 1/2 of soup, salt and pepper. Stir. Spread evenly in ungreased 9x9 inch pan.
Arrange potato tots in single layer on top of beef mixture
Combine remaining soup and water in small bowl. Drizzle over potato tots. Bake, uncovered in 350 oven for about 1 hour until potato tots are golden.
