Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
  • 1 bone-in, skin-on turkey breast half {2.5lb}

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Stir together oil, salt and white pepper; brush over turkey.

Roast turkey on a rimmed baking sheet until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches 140° and climbing, about 30 minutes.

Let rest at least 15 minutes. Slice turkey as needed. {Reserve pan drippings if making Turkey-Corn Salad}
