Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice (not instant)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of French Onion Soup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt butter.
2. Add all to a large pot or casserole dish and cover. Put in oven.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
