  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 15 oz coconut milk
  • 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
  • 1 French vanilla cool whip
  • 1 cup coconut or more if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake per directions on box...cool and leave in 9x13 pan
poke holes in top with knife, fork or other device
mix coconut milk and condensed milk pour over cake
mix cool whip and coconut and frost over cake sprinkle any additional coconut on top of cake

refrigerate for at least 1 hour
