  • 4 whole boned breasts uncooked
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices swiss cheese, can be more if preferred
  • 1/2 C water or sherry wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb melted margarine
  • 2 C Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 135mins


Step 1

Put uncooked chicken in 9 x 13 dish or pan. Cover with swiss cheese
Mix soup with wine or water and pour over chicken.
Mix margarine with stuffing mix an sprinkle on top
Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours
