Ingredients
- pork chops
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
I like to cut fat from pork chops but it’s not necessary. Place pork chops on tin foil in a cookie sheet.
Salt & pepper each chop.
Mix catsup, brown sugar, & lemon juice well & spread a tsp. or so on top of each chop.
Cook at 350° for 40-60 min. I like to turn them half-way through cooking time & put more of sauce on other side & finish cooking time.
