Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 each 3 oz. Pkgs. Grape Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 each 20 oz. Can crushed pineapple
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 each 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Put in refrigerator until wiggley. Then add crushed pineapple with juice and blueberry pie filling. Return to fridge until set.
Topping:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Spread on top of salad. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
