Blueberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 each 3 oz. Pkgs. Grape Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 each 20 oz. Can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 each 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Put in refrigerator until wiggley. Then add crushed pineapple with juice and blueberry pie filling. Return to fridge until set.
Topping:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Spread on top of salad. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
