Chocolate Sack

This dessert is so good and can be made so many different ways. You can make it with white chocolate too and with any kind of nut or dried fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 package of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of grand marnier

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw pastry 20 minutes
Preheat oven 425*

On a lightly floured board roll pastry to a 14" square. In center of square put chocolate and walnuts, butter and the grand marnier. Pull pastry edges together by the four corners and twist and then turn them to create a sack. Put on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes and then let stand at least 10 minutes. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar.
