CHINESE SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/3 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup kitchup
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 8 Tbsp cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil let cool and add some water to cornstarch to make a paste. Add to sauce to thicken. Return to stove to thicken.
