Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) cream cheese
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of pie filling
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 box cupcake wrappers
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the cheese then add the sugar and vanilla. Then add one egg at a time, blending after each. Place a wafer at the bottom of each cupcake wrapper (flat side down). Pour in batter and bake for 20 minutes at 350F. Top with desired pie filling.
