Barbeque Pork Chops


This is really delicious and easy. I used to prepare this in the morning and put it in the oven on the timer and it was ready when I got home from work.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can green peas
  • pork chops
  • olive oil

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 100mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown pork chops on both sides. Place in a Dutch oven.

Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the pork chops.

Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
