  • 1/2 MEDIUM CABBAGE
  • 2 CARROTS
  • 1/2 GREEN PEPPER
  • 2 OZ. ONION
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • SWEETENER TO EQUAL 3/4 TEASPOON SUGAR
  • 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TABLESPOON MARGARINE

Preparation

Step 1

SHRED VEGETABLES AND PUT IN A BOWL AND MIX.
PLACE IN NON STICK CASSEROLE OR SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY.
COVER AND BAKE FOR 1 HOURS
