- 8 pounds lump crabmeat, drained
- 4 cups toasted bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 tbsp. dry mustard
- 8 tbsp. red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp. horseradish
- 8 tsp. green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup olive oil

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
2. Shape into 3-oz. patties for appetizers; 6 oz. for entrees.
3. Cook in oil over moderately high heat, about 3 minutes each side until golden.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve.
