Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (15 ounce can) tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Stir before using.
