Ingredients
- 1/2 # unsweetened chocolate, Baker’s
- 4 T butter
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 3/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C Karo light corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 13 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
On top of double boiler, combine butter and chocolate. Heat over boiling water to scald. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened.
